Tejas stories of change book launched yesterday ilby honourable Ashishji Shelar minister of education,government of Maharashtra,Helen Silvester,director of British council and Satyajit asalian,TATA trust. Dr. Suvarna kharat Director RMSA  Hon.Dr.Subhash Kamble, Director Regional Authority, Aurangabad,Dr Ujjwal karwande,HODEnglish Department ,Dr.pramod kumawat Tejas project Head were present.

The Tejas Success story book published by government of maharashtra , British council and Tata trust. Under tejas project primary teachers of maharashtra received English language training from british  council . Sameer Deode teacher from jijamata prathmik shala ,Lasalgaon an ISO certified school working as teacher activities group co ordinators and facilitator  for English language. He was selected by British Council for three year in this program.

As a impact  of this project he gain more confidence and proficiency in speaking English . He learnt how to use ICT tools in classroom teaching. He used different educational apps in teaching from Google play store.For example paper murge cube app to teach solar system. He use innovative techniques like showing videos on the school projector in digital classroom . He runs a you tube channel on innovative teaching practices . One of his poem received 1:5  lakh hits in one year. He he writes classroom teaching activities on his blog . Named English K.nowledge Hub.He also use different languages games and action songs in teaching.Has published a book on spoken English.for which he received an appreciation letter by the ex school education minister vinod Tawade Sir.

Yesterday I he presented the book written by him to Hon. Mr Ashish Shelar sir (Education Minister, Maharashtra Government)

16 tag co ordinators ,9 teachers and 10 parents success stories of change published in this book.among them Nashik Dciept Sarp Ashok Chavahn, sameer Deode from lasalgaon,Prashant Shinde,Suyog Dikshit  (Yeola)Rupali Atahre, Pratiksha Gaikwad  recieved this honour from Nashik District. For this success he had been congratulate by lasalgaon Shikshan Sahayak Mandals chairman Nanasaheb patil ,Deputy Nivrutti Gaikar , Secretary Sanjay patil , Director Sitaram Jagtap   pushpatai Darekar,Ranjana Tai patil  ,Neeta Tai Patil ,Shantanu patil ,Kailas Thombare,Laxman Mapari ,Institution chief executive officer Vaishnavi patil  School head Master Anis Kaji and all staff teachers .
