Tejas project training at AURANGABAD.

        *TEJAS PROJECT*
It's nice opportunity once again by British Council to attend three days Tejas project training at *SIEM* *AURANGABAD*
Teacher trainer from British Council *Mrs.Purnima Awasthi* deliver the training to 20 Teacher's from nine district of Maharashtra.Like Gadchiroli to Nashik and Nandurbar.
How conduct tag meeting more successfully this was main Moto of training.
Two day's session was on tag meeting and all four sections from resource book.
1) *Language Development*
2) *Learning By Reading*
3) *Learning By Watching*
4) *Reflection and Action planning*
Above sections taught again by Mam.And most memorable experience is micro teaching session.
Through group we conduct micro fecilitating .We deliver the language development section.

Last was really important for each and every tag co ordinator.That's *CPD*
*Continuous professional development*
We have long discussion on this topic and through the brochure of British council we learn lot's of about CPD.

We received *certificate* of one year successfully complition of Tejas project.
