Day 1
Today was a very exciting day, so all the new persons, teachers and educators,authors from many countries from all over  the world and multilingual India had gathered at one place.
 Inaugural Session : Dr. E. Suresh Kumar, Voice Chancellor of English and Foreign Languages University Hyderabad inaugurated the conference. He spoke on advantages of multilingualism in cognitive development as well as communicative competencies.
Res.Amol Padwad Sir - It was really a great experience to hear him lively.Mr.Ranjeet Deshmukh Sir (RAA Aurangabad) and many dignitaries were present at the moment.

Sub - English in Multilingual Contexts : Lessons and Reflections from Spain
It was very helpful session for all of us to understand the importance of reflection in our teaching.
Poster and paper presentation were inaugurated.   Different topics were chosen by teachers for poster presention. Like motivation to teachers, Use of puppets, Different teaching methods, Grammar etc. Many  primary ZP teachers from our Maharashtra took part in poster and paper presentation in fantastic way. The way they spoke English in the conference while presenting was  admired by friend dignitaries. "How confident the teacher are!" Got such feedback. So many teachers talked about the role of Spoken English training and Tejas Project, Mooc etc in their language development. "All credit goes to RAA Aurangabad and DIETs  from all over Maharashtra." We all firmly reflected this in the conference.
 Even teachers from other states took information about these  projects which are running in Maharashtra like Spoken English, TEJAS, Chess, MOOC spoken English, English language kit etc. and they are going to  demand the same from their governments. It's really honour for our Government and authorities.
I met lots of friends from all over India as well as from other countries. Some of them were my old friends. 
I also got the opportunity to attend different paper presentation, Which are really helpful for us.
 After this, the young old lady Geetha  Durairajan discusses the book written by her and Mr.Amol Pawad Sir and published by the University of Cambridge. I purchased all four books.
British Council distributed  books  of Tejas Success Stories. showing the result of the Tejas initiative in Maharashtra.Its  proud feeling moment for me,that my tejas success story has been published in this book.So many educators took photos with this book and me.They have taken my interview , how I use ICT in my classroom.
Last session was on Teachers Zara Hatke.
An hour with special Teachers
1)Vikram Adsul 
Primary teacher , Recipient of two National Teacher Awards. ZP School Bandgarvasthi ,Ahemadnagar Maharshtra.
2) Sadeqa Ghazal.
Jagjivan College , Magadh University Bihar.
Her passion for social justice she started a women's movement  Women of colour.
3) Akansha Saxena
Teacher with basic education Department Gautam Budha Nagar UP.She has shown exemplary leadership and motivation to lead initiatives like English learning clubs for teachers and students.
4) Nadeem Khan
Secondary Teacher  from Bhandara , Maharashtra
Weras Many other hat's - a wildlife enthusiast, photographer ,tech geek , journalist . Working in CHESS and Tejas project Member of BOS. 
The session lead by Mr.Amol Padwad Sir .
Very useful session to know something more about our profession,We are not only teachers. We can do much more for our students.

Day - 2
The English International Conference concluded in a very enthusiastic atmosphere
Mumbai's team Sandeep Pawar and Deepak explained in action in an innovative way that many of the innovative aspects of English language studies are understood.After this
Papers presentation started.I presented paper on Development of language Skills. Mr.Janson Anderson, British Council Members ,Mr.Ranjeet Deshmukh Sir From RAA Aurangabad and Nashik team members  attended my presentation.Really a great experience for me to prsent paper.Recieved so many apriaciartion comments from all of them.Special thanks to Harshal Chavan who done arrangement of laptop. And Javeed Karbhari ,Lilke sir who have done video and photo shoot.After this i attend Vikram Adsul Sir's workshop on using action songs in English language teaching.Its very fantastic session.Got opportunity to express  my views on tejas project's impact on Maharashtra primary teacher's. Function of Active Teacher Maharashtra whatsapp forum run Bye Mr.Vikarm Adsul sir. More than ten thousand teacher connected with this,to share their classroom activities.
In pannel discussion Priyamvada Agarwal Mam explained how to use literature while teaching English language.information about  teachers and action research.
In the next panel discussion Rubina Khan Mam from Bangladesh, Qureli Mukherjee from Nepal, Dharmendra Sir from Nepal taken active part in discussion. communicative English teacher from Gujarat, held a question-and-answer session at the end.
Closing plenary by 
Jason Anderson Sir presented research results on The effective English teacher : Perceptions and opinions if Indian teachers.
The humility of Shri Amol Padavad Sir, Secretary of AINET,Mr.Nadeem Kahn sir realised by all of us.
